Euan is an HCPC-registered Occupational Psychologist with five years of experience working in the education and charity sectors. He specialises in neurodiversity assessments, the psychology of procrastination, workplace rehabilitation, careers coaching, and Mental Toughness.
In his personal time, Euan enjoys climbing, walking, and anything outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves winding down in front of a good movie.
Euan’s pet dislike is wasps. Why do they even exist?
Kirstin is a practitioner psychologist with over 25 years of experience in occupational psychology. She is registered with the HCPC, holds BPS Chartered status, and is committed to continued professional development. Her work experience spans various sectors, including the prison service, the banking industry, the United Nations, and the British Library.
Kirstin’s expertise lies in assessment, development and coaching, which she has applied in a variety of settings. Working with individuals, teams and leaders she has worked both in the UK and abroad, including Abu Dhabi, Rome and Copenhagen. Her coaching is often built around mental toughness and acceptance and commitment principles and exploring and building psychological flexibility. A key component of her coaching is the use of psychometric tests as a foundational tool for exploration.
Along with her husband, Kirstin has just restored an old wooden boat and is looking forward to many sailing adventures. She enjoyed spending time with her 4 grandchildren, who keep her on her toes.
